At Richardson Seating, we stand behind the quality of our American-made furniture and offer a 30-day return window for standard items in original condition. Please note that custom-upholstered products and commercial-grade seating may be subject to restocking fees or specific return limitations.

Return Process

    Request Authorization

    Contact our customer service team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

    Prepare the Package

    Carefully pack the furniture in its original industrial packaging, ensuring all hardware and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the return label and ship the package via a trackable carrier; we recommend insuring the shipment for the full retail value of the seating.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
