Do you offer custom upholstery options for chairs and barstools?

Yes, we offer a wide range of vinyl and fabric options. We can also work with 'Customer's Own Material' (COM) to ensure your seating perfectly matches your interior design.

What is the typical lead time for an order?

Standard lead times for custom-built furniture are typically 3 to 6 weeks. Ready-to-ship items usually depart our warehouse within 3 to 5 business days.

Are your products suitable for commercial use?

Absolutely. Our products are engineered for high-traffic environments like restaurants, diners, and hospitality venues, featuring heavy-duty steel frames and commercial-grade foam.

What is your return policy for furniture?

Because most of our items are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns. However, if an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement or repair at no cost.

Do you provide swatches or samples before I purchase?

Yes, we encourage customers to request vinyl or metal finish swatches to ensure the color and texture meet their expectations before placing a full order.
